The Fat Badger tasting menu has launched. Available for dinner, this is not a menu you want to miss.
With elements such as Sea, Field and Farm, the menu has something for everyone, with dishes that complement each other. To whet your appetite a little, a couple of examples on the menu are Charcoal Linguini with Blue Vinny Sauce and Crispy sage, and Lyons Hill Farm Rump of Beef with Chimichurri, Horseradish and Salted Caramel Jus. There is also an optional wine pairing to be had with each of the seven courses, including our very own Nutty Vintage and Sussex Reserve from Nutbourne Vineyards.
